We understand the importance of getting school plumbing repaired urgently when the safety and hygiene of staff and students is at risk. Urgent plumbing faults can materialise out of nowhere in schools and vandalism-prone environments. For this reason, we prioritise work from local schools and government offices to remove the potential for safety risks.
We’ve built a solid reputation among local schools and their cleaning contractors for our attention to detail, fast response to emergencies and convenient servicing scheduling.
Our maintenance contracts include regular maintenance, installation and servicing and are scheduled at a time that least inconveniences your facilities (e.g. during the school break period). As part of our commitment to meet the regulatory requirements of local schools and government institutions, we’re registered with Building and Asset Services (BAS).
Other scheduled plumbing work we perform includes assessment and replacement of backflow prevent devices, a device designed to prevent contaminated water backflow into potable water devices. If your facilities have an underground rainwater tank, an irrigation system, grease trap plumbing or a fire water hydrant, you’ll have backflow prevention devices fitted as required by local council.
Backflow prevention devices are required to be inspected once per year. In addition to keeping a register of all your backflow devices and their inspection times, our team take care of filing any necessary paperwork with council when we inspect your backflow prevention devices.
